Patient Triage is a great way to contact the practice for non-urgent medical or admin requests and involves fewer steps. It is very simple to use and we encourage you to contact the practice using the new service.
Although the character count on the form is limited, we advise you to provide specific and concise information so that we can manage your request without delay.
Using Patient Triage will prevent you from needing to hold on the line during busy periods.

The number of clinical requests per day will be capped depending on capacity for safety, however our admin requests will remain open between 8:30am 6:30pm without being capped.
